Sarah grew up in Kentucky. After high school she moved to Arizona with her Air Force boyfriend, who has now been her husband of 15 years. While in Arizona she got her BSN and began her nursing journey. Sarah, her husband and two sons now live in Springboro, OH. She enjoys time with her family, being outside, and decompressing with a good book. Sarah is committed to meeting patients where they are emotionally, while creating a safe space that promotes open communication and personal growth.
