Matt grew up on the West side of Cincinnati in Delhi. He graduated from Oak Hills High School in 2004. Several years later he joined the United States Army and is still currently serving in the Reserves today. During his deployment to Iraq, he decided to change majors and attend nursing school. He graduated Good Samaritan College of Nursing in 2014 with his ASN, Ohio University in 2016 with his BSN, and Walden University in 2022 with his MSN- PMHNP. Matt has worked in various areas of nursing and several local hospitals and most recently in the Emergency Room. During his time at Good Samaritan College of Nursing he met his wife, Rachel. They have 2 boys (3 and 1) a German Shepard, and a cat. He enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars, woodworking, and anything outdoors.
