Korei grew up in Landen, Ohio, a small suburb near Kings Island. She attended Ohio University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She has worked in nursing since 2014 in various specialties and with all age groups across the lifespan. She has always had a passion for mental health and a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders, as her younger brother has ASD. She has two daughters, ages 12 and 1.5, and she is always looking for fun spots to check out with them in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. In her free time, she goes to the gym, plays basketball, and enjoys hiking with her dog, Ace.
