Katherine was raised in rural Ohio and graduated from NKU with her master’s degree. She enjoys spending time making memories with her husband and two children, whether they are outdoors, on family vacations, having family game nights, or just spending quality time together. Her hobbies include reading, crocheting, baking, and spending time with close family and friends. She discovered her passion for mental healthcare while working within an emergency level I trauma center. This led to her switching specialties and providing care to patients experiencing mental health crises while employed in a psychiatric emergency department. She is an advocate for mental healthcare and is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of individuals with empathy, ensuring they receive the support and attention necessary to reach their goals and support their overall well-being.

Katherine is passionate about supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and empowering those who may feel helpless or have lost control in their lives. Her focus is on assisting individuals in achieving their goals, whether it’s as simple as getting out of bed in the morning and going to work. Recognizing that everyone’s best is individualized and personal, she aims to support each person on their unique journey.
