Josh grew up in Lebanon, Ohio and then received his BA from Earlham College in Biology, his first Master’s in Environmental Science & Conservation from Indiana University, and his second Master’s in Administration & Leadership from George Mason University. Josh had the privilege to live coast to coast in this great country while working as a Mammal Curator in different Zoological Institutions, and the family moved back here to SW Ohio when his kids were school age.

He has four wonderful kids and their extracurriculars keep us hopping (either from coaching or spectating!), but it is incredible to watch them grow and develop into the delightful and thoughtful individuals they are becoming.

Josh enjoys anything outdoors, as well as a good lazy evening curled up on the couch, and is truly fulfilled working in positions that make a difference for the individual and greater good!
