Bridget grew up in Cleveland, Ohio with her 2 brothers and loving parents. She attended University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and had the privilege to work for Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center for the past 5 years. She is a new graduate psychiatric nurse practitioner passionate about promoting the well-being and recovery of those struggling with mental health conditions. Bridget is committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and fostering a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals seeking help.
One mantra Bridget stands by is trying to focus on the little things that make you happy and taking it one day at a time.
