Barb grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to Cincinnati to attend school at UC. Nursing is a second career for her, having originally gone to school to be a teacher. She has 2 boys at home, ages 7 and 8, and spending time with them is her favorite thing to do.
She recently graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with her Masters of Nursing, and she is excited to begin her career as a PMHNP. She has worked as a nurse since 2011 in multiple settings and specialties, and with all age groups across the lifespan.
