Hi, I’m a mental health therapist passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. I work with all diagnoses, with a special focus on trauma recovery. I’m trained in EMDR and dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and sometimes laughter-filled space for clients to heal, grow, and discover their strength.
Outside of work, I’m a quirky, outgoing, and people-loving soul. I’m married to my best friend and proud mom to three amazing girls who keep life busy and beautifully chaotic. You can usually find me cheering from the sidelines at their sports games, dance recitals, or other activities. Family time is everything to me.
When I get a little time for myself, I love traveling — especially anywhere near the ocean — listening to music, true crime podcasts, boating, reading, catching a good movie, and spoiling myself with pedicures and fun nail colors. At home, we have a lively little crew that includes two dogs, three ferrets, and some fish.
I’m a proud Xavier University alum (Go Musketeers!) and die-hard fan of Xavier basketball. My bucket list is packed with adventures like swimming with sharks, getting scuba certified, diving into the deep blue, and traveling through Europe and Japan.
One of my favorite quotes that guides both my personal and professional life is:
“Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny.”
― Lao Tzu
