I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. I received my bachelor’s degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing, then practiced as a bedside nurse for over a decade at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital before continuing my education and receiving my master’s degree at Walden University. I am now a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
