Elizabeth grew up in the Hamilton area and is a NKU graduate. Her greatest joy is her 1 year old daughter. She and her husband enjoy eating at new restaurants and traveling. She has a 12 year old German shepherd, Tilly, who loves taking walks. Elizabeth’s other hobbies include working out, reading, spending time with friends and family, watching good tv shows, and trying new things.
Elizabeth has been in the mental health field since 2013 and has worked with all age groups across the lifespan. She has experience in working with those who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, lack of focus, mania, psychosis, sleeplessness, anger, and substance use. Elizabeth believes that everyone deserves to have their individualized needs heard and validated. She enjoys seeing others succeed and lead a happy, healthy life.
One of Elizabeth’s favorite quote is “It’s okay to fall apart sometimes. Tacos fall apart and we still love them.”
