Colleen is a Cincinnati native that currently lives in Goshen, OH with her husband and two cats. She has over 14 years of customer service experience serving in multiple capacities and likes to foster positive outcomes and develop long-term customer relationships. Colleen enjoys hiking, camping, rock climbing, kayaking, and traveling. She also coached high school softball for four years. She considers herself a bit of a ‘wine bug’.
A couple beliefs she likes to embody would be “practice makes better” and “treat others how you want to be treated”.
