Chad grew up in the small farming community of Rosewood, Ohio. He attended Graham High School and then completed his nursing education through Clark State Community College, Ohio University, and Wright State University. He enjoys running, traveling, seeing live music and sports, enjoys plays, and likes doing outdoor things like hiking or kayaking.
